A new trial walk

Today was a great day for Forest Harmony as we held a walk as a trial at the Howard County conservancy. I enjoyed working with the volunteers there and I hope that we can establish a partnership and future walks can reach a wider audience. It was a great experience to work with people who knew about forest bathing and were able to contribute to the further polishing of our procedures. It was wonderful to see the impact that these walks can have on people. Since it was mostly conservancy volunteers there was a heavy focus on the features of the land and the change that occurs over time while looking more deeply into how much the things around us must have gone through to get where we are.
